410 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the 410 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the 410 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document, as well as the Privacy Policy and other applicable policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
410 services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where access to online entertainment platforms is permitted under local law. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and take full responsibility for complying with the laws applicable in your location.
410 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access for any user reasonably suspected of providing false information, breaching these terms, or engaging in activity that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.
2. Account Creation, Security & Account Policy
Registration & Account Information
To access the full range of 410 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with any balances held therein.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 410 will never request your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Account Suspension & Closure
410 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or system manipulation, abuse of promotions, attempted money laundering, or any conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance may be withheld until the investigation is concluded. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 410 platform agree to use it solely for lawful and appropriate purposes. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical tools to access the platform outside of its intended normal use
- Attempting to breach, hack, or disrupt the systems, servers, or networks associated with the 410 platform
- Spreading false, misleading, or deceptive information to other users or to the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activity
- Sharing or transferring your account to a third party without written authorisation
- Exploiting technical bugs or inaccuracies in the odds system or payment system for unfair advantage
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of associated winnings or balances, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 410 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include internet banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and direct bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method and the user's account tier. 410 accepts no responsibility for fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Transaction Verification
Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe indicated during the transaction process. In the event of a delay, users should retain proof of transaction and contact the support team with the relevant transaction reference. 410 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where additional identity verification is required, suspicious activity is detected, or the account is under investigation.
Promotions & Bonuses
Any bonus, promotion, or reward offered by 410 is subject to specific terms announced alongside the relevant offer. Conditions such as rollover requirements, withdrawal limits, and validity periods are binding. 410 reserves the right to void bonuses where abuse or attempts to manipulate the promotions system are detected.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 410 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 410 is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, server downtime, or system errors beyond our control. 410's total liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, text, source code, and visual elements on the 410 platform are the exclusive property of 410 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 410.
Third-Party Links & Content
The 410 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 410 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services and accepts no responsibility in relation to them. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
410 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure compliance with the most current version of the terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 410 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.
